weekends/holidays: $150.00/nt + $60 cleaning fee	weekends (Fr-Sa): $90.00/nt + $60 cleaning fee
weekly rates: $800.00 + $60 cleaning fee	weekly rates: $500.00 + $60 cleaning fee

*2 night minimum; 3 night minimum for holidays, weekly rates are for 7 consecutive nights

Refundable Security Deposit: $150.

Pet fee (with prior consultation) $15/night

10% VA state & local taxes will be added to the total price

Minimum rental age is 25.

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before reservation date. There will be no security deposit refund if cancellation is made within 30 days of reservation date.
